I love oral

Today I had an oral exam at Communication, I had to make a presentation on any Computer-related theme. Of course I picked "Internet Addiction Disorder" as my theme, I'm an addict and the first step to recovery is to realize it. :P
The good news is that I managed to impress my teacher with my "oral services" that i got a 10! Hahahaha. I used Power Point for my presentation and made 15 slides with text and pictures. An English version will be soon here available after I take my oral exam at English Monday, which believe it or not will be the same topic. Lucky me or laizy me?
The bad part was the waiting. I waited 2 hours till my turn came which can be really annoying, you know how it is. So the next exam is at English, I really hope i get a 10 there too :)

Private mode, I might be having a date or two this week, depending how I am in the mood, I have been asked out even by older people :D Older people can be wise so don't judge me, not yet at least :P If Monica Columbeanu or Anna Nicole Smith could do it, why not me? Hehehehe... like Fergie's lyrics say: "If you ain't got no money take yo'broke ass home" =))
Isn't that true love? Makes my heart melt hahahahaha.
Whatever.... Saturday I will go to a wedding of one of my female friend. Can't believe she's getting married already, time flies, but I'll sure NOT get married any soon :P

Miss Universe

Glamor, gorgeous girls, hot show & cat fight :P This year's Miss Universe Show was held in Mexico City and full of events. Lets start with Miss USA incident when she slipped on the floor and felt in front of thousand people.


In front of the building were the show was running, many woman gathered wearing bands with "Miss Sexual Health", "Miss Human Rights", "Miss Marijuana" because they say: "Neither ugly nor beautiful, should a woman be considered an object!". The protest didn't have any serious incidents. Its part of the every year million dollars show i guess.
After almost 50 years, the crown gone to Japan once again, yeah boyz, the new Miss Universe 2007 is officially Miss Japan 2007.

The crown covered with diamonds and other girl-loved-stones is worth over 250.000$. Too bad she can't keep it :P The winner travels the world for a year on behalf of charities and pageant sponsors.

Going on private mode, today I'll start/try to learn for the exams that are just around the corner. Thursday I'll have an oral exam at Communication Methods which should be easy I hope, the teacher, a nice old lady, seems to be big-mark giver. But that's just the warm up, cause the serious stuff comes later.

Long night.......

The Internet.... a parallel world full of great information & knowledge or the new millennium drug? Last night i stayed up on computer till 6 AM in the morning doing..... ummm nothing if i think about it. Every minute you find one site after another and you can't stop. The "dealer" here is Google. It can provide you with the best "merchandise" and wins a lot of money using his services.
When i think how much i have to study and how much time i spend useless on the Internet i just wish to punch myself.

From the category "things that only happen in Romania", from Friday Romanians can buy here non-pollution cars which run on bioethanol (a mix of cereals!), but you can't find in Romanian this type of gas. Pretty dumb.

Copsa Mica Rullz! & I suck

Okay i should have posted this long ago, but better late than never. Between 10 - 11 March in my beloved town was a Motocross and how the motto of the site of Copsa Mica says: "In Copsa Mica something is happening."
Over one hundred bikers around the country gathered here at Copsa Mica for the Spring Cup.
The Spring Cup has officially launched the newest circuit in Romania, the place of this circuit was not in Bucharest or Cluj Napoca or other major city, but Copsa Mica!!!

The second phase of the Spring Cup was on the same circuit, where the mayor of Copsa Mica gave the prizes to the winners. All the picture are from the circuit of Copsa Mica. Show some respect for Copsa Mica! :P

Off with the "patriotism", and lets go private. My private life. Which currently somehow stinks, forgot the life of a single man, miss the beeps & late night chatting. But whatever :P
I even got a date tonight, but i rejected, not ready for that. And especially since there are less than 3 weeks till i depart to USA, when i have to leave behind everybody.
I think that after every relationship a part of me made an upgrade. Maybe physically, maybe inner part. Don't know, but every break-ups have a good part i guess. So don't bother i won't die, promise you'll never see me cry. Be unkind. I'm really a cat you see and its not my last life at all.
Anyway.... there are 2 weeks till the "Stresiunea" (final exams!) starts and I've scheduled all my exams in one week so i can leave early to USA. Some say I'm crazy, might be true since i can loos my dorm, my scholarship and why not my respect for the folks in Copsa Mica which have such a good view about my "intelligence".

Family Business

I think everybody knows Oprah Winfrey, the richest woman on Earth, with a fortune estimated at over 1 billion dollars, all from publicity. Her income was mainly produced by the US TV show named after her name "Oprah". But after that came a lot of products that sold like warm bread, including autobiography books and all kind of stuff.
In an interview Oprah was shocked to hear that her father Vernon Winfrey is writing a book about his life, but also Oprah's.
Oprah was living with her mother in Milwaukee when she was sent as a young teen to live with her father in Nashville. She has credited him for imposing discipline on her and stressing the importance of an education.
She said the worst part of his writing plans are him saying he meant to tell her he'd been working on it.
The book will have the title "Things Unspoken", sounds interesting for the gossip tabloids but not me. Don't care about 2 cents writings about what Oprah had in her diapers.
