When I lost my ID I went to the their office and I updated my account with the passport using the CNP details and everything was fine. Of course for different payments I use BT24 or online payments when there's no other way. <BR/>I also went to Post Office and I colected some "signed for" letters using my passport. I lost my ID card for 3 months and I used my passport everywhere cause it is valid as long it contains the same CNP as ur ID card. I pay all my bills through direct payment or internet transaction or even in cash at my internet provider (your e.g.) but I was never asked about my ID card.
